Project records

The Greater Bay Area is a highly active and open economic region in China, comparable to major bay areas worldwide such as those in New York, San Francisco, and Tokyo. It encompasses several key cities and serves as a hub for economic activity, with a total area of 56,000 square kilometers and a population exceeding 86 million. The area aims to facilitate deep cooperation between Mainland China and Hong Kong/Macau, while also prioritizing high-quality living, business, and tourism. However, there are notable disparities in economic development and urban infrastructure among its cities, necessitating strategic planning for urban and infrastructure development, as well as environmental protection efforts.

BLEND responds to the planning priorities of the Greater Bay Area and plays an important role in promoting urban-rural integration and building a smart city cluster. We actively participate in the construction of infrastructure in the Area, the renovation of old buildings, urban renewal, and urban public service projects. Traffic Strategy and Slow Traffic and Mobility System Planning.
